This suede belt/overlay is a terrific accessory to a Western outfit that could be worn over jeans, leggings, or a skirt. The wide suede waist fastens by means of velcro straps from which a long fringe of suede, ribbon, fabric straps and fabric flowers and beads attached to transparent lines sways freely. Please note this is not a skirt per se (there is no lining or fabric beneath the fringe.)
CONDITION:
The piece is in very good condition with all of its fringe.
There are small signs of age and wear to the pieces of fringe such as:
--- the transparent lines with beads and flowers would have once been painted black, but much of the paint has worn away.
--- one of the ribbons has bendy wire along the sides of it, and the wire is linked occasionally.
