This small jewellery box was made in Japan and features. Hand-painted landscape scene on the lid, a red corduroy interior with a little ballerina who pops up when the lid is open. When the box is wound with the key on the bottom of the box, the ballerina turns to the music in front of her mirrors.
CONDITION: The box is in good usable condition with small signs of age and wear. -- there are some small chips and marks to the black lacquer finish as shown in the photos.
Music box works well when wound (should not be over wound or wound too aggressively).
