How do you ship fragile items?
We take the utmost care when shipping fragile items. While each item differs in its requirements we have some basic rules we follow such as providing 3 layers of bubble wrap around objects and leaving a gap for filler (either biodegradable packing peanuts or paper) to lessen impact and prevent shifting during transport.

Can I view or try on an item before purchasing if I am local to, or visiting, the area?
Absolutely! Please send us a message instead of purchasing the item, and we will reserve the item for your visit. We will message you to set up a time and location to view and inspect the item or try on the clothing.

How does the LOCAL PICK UP option work?
When you select local pick up as your delivery option, you receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your order. Our Standard pick up location is noon-4 p.m. weekdays at 374 Woodstock Road (3 minute drive from the Mahone Bay Visitors Information Centre).
