This pretty white cloisonné vase features a large pink chrysanthemum, a black bird, and a some smaller flowers and buds in between. The top rim is decorated in an intricate green pattern and the bottom with blue edging. The piece is unmarked apart from its blue enamel base. It displays very well if this is your colour palette.
CONDITION:
The interior of the piece has some discolouration and staining below the wide gold coating on the neck. The piece is likely from the latter half of the 20th century. Although all the cells are intact, there is are some small pockmarks on the surface and, in some places, the enamelling has bled a little from other cells (see especially around the black bird).
The vase is just a touch over 6 inches tall with a diameter of 4 inches at its widest.
