Courrèges Paris White Wool Blanket Coat (Some Wear) c 1980s
Constructed by Courrèges in the 1980s, this wooly blanket coat provides the pinnacle of cozy luxury. Its bat wing sleeves, buttoned crossover closure, and wide collar offer both stylishness and functionality. Additionally, its left side external pocket adds a touch of distinction. Though minor flaws are noted, the overall quality of this coat remains outstanding.below:
Note: the inside of the pocket is not as large as it appears from the outside.
LIST OF FAULTS (examples of these small marks are shown in the photo collages often with a green arrow or knitting needle as a pointer):
— There are some small areas of stress wear to the exterior pile of the coat of the nature detailed in the photos. The most significant of these marks is on the left sleeve, on the inner flap, and along the side of the coat near the pocket.
— The fabric tags are missing/removed, but the exterior fabric resembles boiled wool, if a bit softer. There is light fuzzing, but no pilling.
— The lining has some small pin-sized holes and stress marks
— There is an area on the lining about where the coat would be stretched across the small of the back and some small pulls on the lining near the hem of the coat.
— Please note that the bottom of the coat does not have vents that many coats have to accommodate movement.
MEASUREMENTS taken with the garment laying flat, please double the measurements to arrive at the circumference where necessary:

The fabric tags have been removed, but it has the appearance of boiled wool.
