This cozy zip-up knit cardigan by Sheep River Trading is 50% wool and 50% cotton and made in Ecuador. It has a marvellous extra long hood and whimsical Pom-poms on the tip of the hood and the tie strings that giving the garment an elfin-like vibe. It is the perfect sweater for curling up and reading on the weekend or wearing as an extra layer on a woodland walk.
CONDITION: PILLING & FLUFF — The yarn used in the piece is wound quite loosely and it has undyed or white threads in the mix. As such, the piece does have some overall pilling and fly-away type wisps on much of the surface due to the blend of cotton and wool. The white threads give the surface a slightly weathered look, but this is just the effect of the yarn. This sweater is best for someone who is okay with a casual, broken-in style. There are close up images showing these effects in the photos. There are no holes or stains.
