This 8 inch wide Victorian lace capelet has a 15-inch neck circumference with a hook and eye closure concealed by a large black ribbon. The gathered lace in in good condition with some light fraying near the closure and a 1-cm small repair in the mesh disguised in the folds.
It looks great on display and as an accessory for re-enactment events.
